B Rum

The New Launch from West Midlands Distillery

B Rum

B Rum has been in development since 2020: with a global pandemic, glass shortages, multiple failed bottle prints, months of delays, manufacturing shut downs and ingredient shortages; it hasn’t dampened our Black Country Spirit.

Our latest creation is a Signature White Rum born in the Caribbean, being produced and distilled in unique wooden stills in Guyana (which is on the north-eastern shoulder of South America) home of sugar and rum production since the 17th Century. The base spirit is then transported to Rowley Regis in the heart of the West Midlands where it’s re-distilled using our Copper Stills Doris and Lenny.

Wonderfully light and smooth, from our slow secondary distillation, so much so it makes a fantastic sipping white rum. With tasting notes of tropical flavours from the fresh Mango, Pineapple and Passion Fruit added during distillation and echoing the vibrancy of our great region. It’s perfectly paired with clear mixers as well as Pineapple or Grapefruit Sodas, and is an ideal gateway for people with flavoured gin fatigue or tonic aversion looking to discover the rum category.

The elegant and eye catching bottle design showcases our historic waterways, the lifeblood of the Black Country and Birmingham region and motorways of their day, beautifully mapping out our historic network, we’ve included several contemporary reference points related to the distillery and production for you to discover.
